Nothing in nature exists in isolation. From the tiniest unicellular organism to the great blue whale, every plant and animal on our wondrous planet Earth is dependent on every other living thing in this incredible matrix of life. We believe that successful conservation is also about collaborative, supportive, inclusive relationships. In fact, it’s bigger than that. It’s all about love. Real love for our planet and all it’s incredible diversity of life means that we don’t shy away from the big challenges, the hard conversations, the difficult choices or the back-breaking work. We embrace the opportunity to do all of those things and more, because we believe to our core that long term solutions to the challenges of climate change, habitat and species loss, the illegal wildlife trade and human wildlife conflict will only be achieved through unflinching courage and dedication to sustainable solutions. For over more than a decade we have demonstrated that a deep willingness to listen, support and collaborate with communities in wildlife areas builds deep, lasting relationships. Those relationships allow us to help communities live sustainably and harmoniously with their environments and the many wild creatures that share the land. Likewise, our collaboration with governments, intelligence and criminal justice agencies and task forces, private enterprise and other NGOs has taught us that real change only happens through coordinated action at every level.
